Keeping up with promise of launching new products at regular intervals, the German luxury car manufacturer, Audi introduced the new 2015 TT Coupe in the country on April 23, 2015. With this new generation TT Coupe, the company aims to maintain its lead in the growing luxury car market. The new-gen model looks quite aggressive and dynamic from exteriors, and spacious and luxurious inside.
The 2015 Audi TT Coupe is a perfect amalgamation of a sedan’s luxury and a coupe’s functionality. The company has used an aluminium body for most part of the coupe, which makes it lighter than the previous model. It follows the same philosophy of having the wheel placed right at the edges that offers aggressive and masculine appeal. Like other Audis, the new TT also comes equipped with sharp and sleeker headlamps. The new Matrix LED beam uses sensors and inbuilt camera to detect tail lamps, head lamp beams from oncoming traffic and ambient lighting to enhance the overall visibility. Upfront is a large grille and huge air intakes that further add to visual appeal. The vehicle shares some styling cues like flared wheel arches, fastback look-like roof line and short front and rear overhangs from the previous model. Its attractive fuel filler cap has also been shared with the previous model. The Coupe also gets deployable rear spoiler, which is also offered on previous model.
Interior & Features
The 2015 Audi TT Coupe gets plush interiors, which are neatly appointed. It is equipped with leather trimmed sports seats and foldable seats in the front and rear, respectively. The front occupant’s seat can be electronically adjusted, and has an electric lumbar support. The luxurious coupe offers an excellent legroom and headroom space for both front and rear passengers. The lowered positioned seats with excellent lateral support can be adjusted according to occupants' convenience. There is a decent luggage compartment to accommodate daily bags. The seats are covered with nappa leather. Its attractive instrument panel comprises of audio system and a radio symphony with 6-disc CD changes, and the car also has a driver information system.
The Audi TT Coupe is powered by a 2.0-litre TFSI petrol engine that churns out 230PS of power and 350Nm of torque. This engine is paired to a six-speed dual clutch automatic transmission which sends power to all-wheels with the help of Audi's Quattro all-wheel drive system. The Coupe accelerates to 100kmph from stand still in mere 5.3 seconds.

Performance and handling
The 2015 Audi TT Coupe is equipped with finely tuned suspension setup. The suspension system comprises of McPherson Strut with lower wishbones upfront and four-link suspension with separate spring/shock absorber arrangement in the rear. This suspension works nicely to absorb bumps on uneven roads. It is also equipped with Audi magnetic ride’ that enhances the overall handling.
